You Don’t Have to Know Which Technique You Need

Most people don’t arrive knowing whether they need craniosacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, fascial work, or a combination of techniques. You only need to tell me what has been bothering you.

We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what makes it better or worse, and how your body has responded to bodywork in the past. From there, I’ll create a gentle session based on your needs and continually adjust the work according to how your body responds.

You May Be in the Right Place If …

• Your neck, shoulders, or jaw always seem to feel tight.

• You experience recurring discomfort, headaches, or muscle guarding.

• Deep pressure leaves you sore, overwhelmed, or bracing against the work.

• Your body feels sensitive, and you want a slower, more responsive approach.

• You’re experiencing appropriate forms of swelling or heaviness and are interested in gentle lymphatic support.

You don’t have to wait until your discomfort becomes unbearable—and meaningful bodywork does not have to be painful.

Every appointment is adapted to the person in front of me. Your session may focus on one approach or combine several gentle techniques.

Care That Meets Your Body Where It Is

Pain & Persistent Tension

For people seeking support with recurring neck, shoulder, jaw, head, or other musculoskeletal discomfort. Rather than working only where it hurts, we consider the larger patterns that may be contributing to how your body feels.

Craniosacral Therapy & Sensitive Systems

Craniosacral therapy uses light contact and a quiet pace. It can be a good option for people who prefer gentle work, feel easily overstimulated, or do not tolerate forceful pressure well.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage uses very light, rhythmic techniques intended to support normal lymph movement. Clients may seek MLD for appropriate swelling, feelings of heaviness, or during certain recovery and postpartum situations.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Thoughtful bodywork adapted to the physical changes, comfort needs, and sensitivities that can come with pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Infants & Children

Short, gentle sessions that respect the child’s comfort, tolerance, and need for movement or breaks. A parent or guardian remains present throughout the visit.

Infant & Child Session — up to 30 minutes | $35

Parent + Baby Session — 60 minutes | $90

What Happens When You Come to Me Because Something Hurts?

STEP 1

You tell me what’s bothering you.

We begin with a conversation about your discomfort, concerns, and what you hope to receive from the session.

STEP 2

We talk about what makes it better or worse.

We also discuss relevant health history, sensitivities, and how your body has responded to previous bodywork.

STEP 3

I look at the larger pattern.

The place that hurts is important, but it may not be the only area involved. I pay attention to how different parts of your body may be working together.

STEP 4

Your session is customized.

Depending on your needs, I may use craniosacral, fascial, lymphatic, or other gentle therapeutic techniques.

STEP 5

I continually pay attention to your response.

Pressure and technique are adjusted throughout the session. You are always welcome to ask questions, request a change, or let me know how something feels.

Your body does not have to be forced for the work to be meaningful. Your comfort, boundaries, and sense of safety remain part of the session from beginning to end.
